SPIROL’s SP150 Heavy Wall Spacers are typically used to space two components by a desired distance equal to the length of the Spacer. Since the assembly is normally fastened together with a bolt or screw that passes through the inner diameter (ID) of the Spacer, SPIROL’s standard tubular Spacers are designed to provide a clearance fit over standard bolt and screw sizes.

In addition to having higher columnar strength, the thicker wall of the SP150 Heavy Wall Spacer provides a larger bearing surface for distribution of the clamp load onto the mating surfaces to prevent indenting or witness marks.

SPIROL’s standard SP150 Heavy Wall inch Spacers accommodate screw and bolt diameters ranging in size from #4 - .750” (3/4) in lengths up to 4” - depending on the specific diameter.
