The metric Series 20 Long series has the exact same body style as the metric Series 19 Long - with the addition of a head. The slightly tapered body is designed for use in straight holes to yield maximum performance with low radial stress. Seating and installation are facilitated with a pilot and a tapered knurl and groove design. The head provides more bearing surface for the mating component to prevent jack-out. The Series 20 Long Headed Insert is available in metric threads ranging from M2 up to M8.
